Zenith Records

Established in 2005 after acquiring Nick Philips Corduroy Records pressing plant. Melbourne-based Zenith Records is Australia’s longest-running record-pressing facility. It manufactures 7-inch and 12-inch records in black and coloured vinyl, as well as clear, translucent, opaque, fluorescent, splatter and recycled colours. Zenith offers lacquer cutting (on the classic Neumann VMS70 lathe) and galvanic plating all in-house. They’re running 4 state-of-the-art Pheenix Alpha AD 12 presses.

Lybro Records Pressing

Lybro Records Pressing was established in China in 2020, and the eight Newbilt vinyl pressing lines can press a capacity of 300,000 records per month. They manufacture a choice of 7-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch (in 140g/150g and 180g weights) vinyl pressings in black, opaque and transparent coloured, splatter, mixed vinyl and picture disc options.

Toyokasei

Established in 1959, Toyokasei is the largest vinyl record pressing plant in Asia. Its services include in-house Neumann lacquer cutting on the VMS70 and VMS80 (Toyoksei has three lacquer cutting engineers), stamper manufacturing, pressing, printing, packaging, and distribution. It manufactures 7-inch and 12-inch records (standard and 180g heavyweight vinyl) with a minimum press run of 500 copies.

Pacific Audio & Video (PAV) is a Chinese state-owned vinyl record pressing plant running the latest German NewBilt pressing machinery. It is China’s first state-owned audiovisual and electronic publishing enterprise. PAV manufactures albums on black, coloured, and transparent vinyl.
