Toyokasei

Established in 1959 in the Suehiro Factory, Yokohama, Japan, Toyokasei is the largest vinyl record pressing plant in Asia. In-house services include lacquer cutting on Neumann VMS70 and VMS80 lathes (Toyokasei has three lacquer cutting engineers), stamper manufacturing, pressing, printing, packaging, and distribution. They manufacture 7-inch and 12-inch records (standard and 180g heavyweight vinyl), with a minimum press run of 500 copies.
