Sonopress EcoRecord

Sonopress, a leading German audio disc producer, introduced the EcoRecord in 2023, and it drastically reduces the manufacturing process’s environmental impact. EcoRecord is produced and assembled by new injection moulding machines developed by Sonopress with an annual capacity of 2M units. Instead of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), recyclable PET is used as the base material. In September 2025, they introduced Inkplosion creative colour EcoRecords and NFC chip integration.
