SST GmbH

Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Schallplatten Schneid Technik (SST GmbH) specialises in lacquer cutting vinyl masters and operates two fully equipped vinyl cutting studios. Owned and operated by mastering and cutting engineer Daniel Krieger, the studios have Neumann VMS80 lathes, SAL74B amplifier racks, and SP79 mastering consoles with Neumann SX74 and MyShank HeLiX23 cutter heads. SST offers half-speed cutting, the locked groove and the inside-out cut as special cuts.
