Purple Media

Operating since 2019, Purple Media is a Chinese vinyl record pressing plant that runs two M-Tech Allegro Line II presses, with a daily capacity of 4,000. They manufacture 7-inch and 12-inch records in 140g and 180g, with black and various coloured options, as well as transparent discs and picture discs. Lacquer/DMM cutting is available using the Neumann VMS 80 lathe; there’s also an in-house plating facility. The minimum press run is 200 units, with two month turnaround time.
