Public Records Co., Ltd. are a Japanese company that specializes in manufacturing lacquer discs, which are essential for vinyl record production. They are the only company globally producing these discs since the demise of LA-based Apollo Masters. Public Records started producing lacquer discs in 1982 and they’re exported worldwide by MDC.
