Polysom
Bought out by Deckdisc and operating since 2009, Rio de Janeiro-based Polysom is one of the largest vinyl record pressing plants in Latin America and one of only three in Brazil, alongside Vinil Brasil and Fábrica Rocinante. They can manufacture 7-inch and 12-inch (in 140g and 180g) records in black vinyl and various coloured vinyl options. They run three manual Hamilton presses for 12-inch, one Toolex Alpha for 7-inch, and in-house lacquer cutting. Polysom has a minimum order of 300 units.
