New York Lathe Cuts
New York Lathe Cuts is a record-cutting service in New York City run by record-cutting engineer Rich Flores, who has been cutting lacquers since 1972, when he started Melting Pot Sounds with disco legend Walter Gibbons. He offers custom embossed lathe-cut records, specialising in short runs of (less than 20) 7-inch discs, made from clear or black polycarbonate with standard or jukebox holes, cut on a Scully stereo cutting lathe.
