New Zealand-based Johnny Electric Lathe Cut Records specialises in mono lathe-cut records, embossed onto polycarbonate discs using a handmade tungsten stylus. Unlike traditional pressed records, these are crafted one at a time with an experimental cutting method based on 1960s technology. The process eliminates the need for plating or stamping, making it ideal for limited runs. Records are available in 7/10-inch in clear, blue, grey, green and brown colours.
