Furnace Record Pressing

Founded in 1996, Furnace Record Pressing is a state-of-the-art 70,000 sq ft vinyl record pressing plant in Alexandria, Virginia. They are running 12 Pheenix Alpha automatic presses and four manual Newbilt presses. They have a capacity of 25k+ records a day pressing 7/10-inch and 12-inch in 140-gram and 180-gram in colour vinyl, as well as picture discs, splatter vinyl and effect vinyl. Metallica acquired the majority interest in Furnace in 2023.
