Elsässer GmbH

Established in 1999, Elsässer GmbH specialises in Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) and vinyl production services. It is one of the few companies left worldwide that has DMM vinyl cutting capabilities. They also offer lacquer disc cutting and vinyl stamper manufacturing from their base in Sulz, Germany. DMM is a process developed by Teldec and Neumann in the 1980s that cuts grooves directly into a copper-plated master disc, skipping several steps in traditional lacquer mastering.
