Einstein Cutting offers custom DMM lathe cutting services using a unique, custom-built lathe designed by Thorsten Scheffner of Organic Music in Germany, known for his innovations in record cutting. Their lathe features a stationary cutting head with a moving platter for high stability and precision, equipped with custom components including an SX 84 Type Custom head and a Pitch 98 computer by Florian Kauffmann. The machine is an advanced evolution of the Neumann VMS 82.
