Discomaton
Discomaton is a Paris-based platform and studio that lets you create fully customised lathe-cut vinyl records starting from just one copy. Cutting is carried out in real-time on fully recyclable PVC plastic. 12-inch discs are 2 mm thick, equivalent to approximately 180 grams in weight for pressing. All colours except white are translucent. There are also 7/10-inch, jukebox 7-inch, shaped and 12-inch picture disc options, including Zoetrope designs, and colour cover and label printing.
