The Philadelphia-based Consonant Collective offers lathe-cut record services focused on producing affordable, small-run records using medium-fi machines (the Presto 6D and two Rek-O-Kut Challengers).  They cut records one at a time in mono, using sapphire styli to emboss grooves directly onto discs in real time and specialise in clear records in 6/7 and 8-inch (square or disc), and 10-inch (disc only), 25-record packages with optional printed labels, cardstock sleeves, in plastic.
